Upon his call to the Bar in 2003, he commenced practice with Messrs. KhooHeng Choon & Co. In 2004, he joined Messrs Kamarudin & Partners and thereafter was made a partner in 2008. In 2009, he joined Gibb & Co as a partner to set up the Penang Branch.

He has a wide exposure in advocacy including but not limited to consumer and commercial banking litigations particularly in the areas of insolvency, corporate and commercial litigations, civil litigation, contentious and non-contentious matters of probates and wills.

He appears as either Lead Counsel or as a member of the Firm’s Senior Litigation team in numerous matters involving the pursuit of reviewing State Authority’s decisions as well as legal claims against Developers affecting the rights of purchasers of development properties.

Together with members of the Firm’s Senior Litigation Team, he has either ledor been involved on matters concerning Construction Law which includes Alternative Dispute Resolution and arbitration matters that extends to Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) 2012.
