Its principle office in Ipoh in the state of Perak, which is centrally, located within the Malayan Peninsular, between the Kuala Lumpur and Georgetown, Penang. Within the state it has a branch office in Teluk Intan (formerly known as Teluk Anson) and a servicing office in Kampar, to service the communities in that area.(History of Perak, Map of Perak) Up until the mid 1980's Ipoh was known as the "the city that tin built" as it was the largest producer of tin in the world. Since the collapse of the price of tin, Ipoh has had to re-engineer itself and today Ipoh is known for the quality of life that it offers with it good food and low cost of living and low density residential living. It is the choice of many individuals looking to start a family or retire. Ipoh is also a choice location for those looking to live in Malaysia under "My Malaysia Second Home Programme"
In 2009, the firm made its return to the island of Penang where it originally began practice by its founding partners in the 1850's. The state of Penang offers immense opportunities in manufacturing and property investments, particularly for those looking to live in Malaysia under "My Malaysia Second Home Programme".
